Abigail's Fund for Spay and Neuter
The Jackson Purchase Foundation served as sponsor and
fiscal agent for this project, helping to control the pet population and it's effect on
wildlife. This project provided financial assistance to lower income residents of Graves County, allowing them to afford alteration surgeries that prevent their pet from continuing to have or sire litters, thus reducing the population of stray animals in the Graves County area.
